I read a fair amount of christian literature and I thought I might as well make reviews of the books as i finish them.
On my current ‘purchased / borrowed and not yet read’ list are the authors, Rob Bell, Mark Driscoll, John Ortberg, Donald Miller and Wayne Grudem.

You should be able to create your own menu fairly easily by simply organizing all of the text the way you want it and making them links to the individual pages.
You also have the option of layering your pages to create a sort of sub-menu within each existing page (i.e. if I click on your “Reviews” page across the top of your blog, it will give me further options) by changing the “attributes” of the new pages. Simply set the “Parent” setting on the sub-category page to the main menu by choosing the main menu page from the drop down box in the attributes module within the edit page module of wordpress.
Hope that all makes sense. My apologies if this has nothing to do with what you actually wanted to accomplish, and again, feel free to implement anything you might want or not without actually posting this comment.
